An estimated 35,000 people turned out Sunday in Foxboro, Massachusetts to send off the New England Patriots who were flying to Atlanta, Georgia ahead of the Super Bowl on Feb. 3. Owner Robert Kraft, coach Bill Belichick, and quarterback Tom Brady thanked the crowds for their support before Brady led them in chants of “We’re still here.” They then departed Gillette Stadium to the airport, boarded their Patriots jet and took off for Atlanta.
Fans cheered on the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, with actor Danny Trejo among those excited to be going to the Super Bowl. The Rams will face off against the New England Patriots on Feb. 3 in Atlanta, Georgia for Super Bowl LIII.
