Arctic air will arrive late Monday afternoon and evening. Rain will change over to snow Monday night with accumulations possible by Tuesday morning. The greatest risk for accumulating snow will be over north Mississippi and portions of west Tennessee. Wind chill values may drop into the single digits during the overnight and early morning hours Tuesday through Thursday. Some locations may experience wind chill readings near zero degrees, mainly early Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
