There is an enhanced risk of severe thunderstorms over much of north Mississippi and a slight risk of severe thunderstorms across portions of East Arkansas and Southwest Tennessee for late Saturday afternoon into early Sunday morning. Damaging winds and a few tornadoes are the main threats. A strong tornado is possible. Large hail is a secondary threat. Rainfall amounts of up to 3 inches could result in localized flash flooding. A Wind Advisory may be needed late Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening across areas along the Mississippi River. A few strong to severe storms are possible Wednesday into Thursday.

Severe storms are likely Saturday afternoon through early Sunday morning, mainly over east-central Arkansas and North Mississippi. Damaging winds and a few tornadoes are the main threats. A strong tornado is possible. Large hail is a secondary threat. Rainfall amounts of up to 3 inches could result in localized flash flooding.
